REFUND POLICY

At MND Jewels, we do not facilitate payment reimbursements. Please review the following policies for a clear understanding of our return and refund procedures:

 

Returns:

Returns will be accepted within 10 days following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with attached tags, in its original packaging, complete with the label and tag.

 

Sale:

Please note that items purchased during the sale are not eligible for return.

 

Significant Requirements:

- Packaging must include the original invoice, packaging materials, and tags. - The product should be free of scratches or deformities.

- An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged, incorrect, or missing products.

- Return items will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet expectations will result in rejection, and the product will be returned at your expense with no reimbursement.

 

Replacement:

Replacement is possible only for damaged or incorrect items after an unboxing video.

 

Shipping and Retrieval:

If a reverse pick-up service is unavailable for a particular address or pin code, the customer must use a local courier service for the return, and shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

The return retrieval will be scheduled for the initial delivery address.

Once the product is delivered at our end, the gift card will be issued within the next 24 hours via email post-quality check.

The return process takes 7-10 working days to deliver the product to our warehouse.


 

Cancellation Policy:

We won't be able to cancel once orders are shipped.

 

Exchanges:

Exchange is not available.

 

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will update you on the refund status. If approved, you will receive a gift card within ten business days.

Our refund or exchange policy applies only in cases of receiving a defective or damaged product, and we require a video of the parcel opening for verification.
