RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At MND Jewels, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery pieces to our wholesale partners. To maintain the integrity of our operations and ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following return and exchange policy:
No Returns or Exchanges
As a jewellery wholesaler, MND Jewels does not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been processed and shipped, all sales are final.
Exceptions for Damaged Items
We understand that occasionally, items may arrive damaged due to unforeseen circumstances during shipping. In such cases, we offer the following procedure:
Report the Damage: If you discover any damage, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact our customer service team at hellomndjewels@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8451003342 with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide Documentation: To help us assess the situation, please provide photos or videos of the damaged item(s) and the condition of the packaging upon arrival.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your claim, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the damaged item(s). MND Jewels will cover the return shipping costs for items confirmed to be damaged.
Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will offer either a replacement of the same item(s) (if available) or a full refund for the damaged items, including any applicable shipping charges.
Additional Information
Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
MND Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the abovementioned conditions.
This policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
